18th June 1999, as per the Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Uttar Pradesh. The company was originally incorporated as Raghuraj Agro Industries Private Limited under the Companies Act, 1956. Earlier changed to Surya International Private Limited on 16th October 2012
Initial Focus: Agro & Industrial Roots
- Initially incorporated as an agro-industrial entity, the company’s core areas were:
- Agricultural product processing.
- Industrial development.
- Ancillary engineering and trading activities.
Toll Collection & Road Services
- The company entered toll fee collection and road operation services, including:
- Bidding for toll projects.
- Toll management and maintenance operations & User Fee Collection.
- Ancillary infrastructure and automation (weighbridges, surveillance).
Real Estate & Infrastructure Expansion
- Development of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Execution of government infrastructure contracts (PWD, NHAI, RES).
- Real estate marketing and sales, townships and housing colonies.
Diversification into Liquor Trading & Distribution
- Listed as a major object, the company undertook:
- Multi-state liquor trading and distribution.
- Retail operations of country liquor and IMFL (Indian Made Foreign Liquor).
